When it comes to nutrition, what works for one person, has little to no effect on a second person. The problem is that many people follow plans that worked for other people, leaving out their unique situation and nutrient needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you have submitted payment and have not yet received your plan, you will receive a full refund upon request.

If you have received a plan,your payment is not able to be refunded. This is because I have already taken the time to customize a program for you, and I have delivered it to you. I value my programs, and I hope you do too.
